Final Details To Consider
**All items requested through this application (over $250.00 total) must include a written price quote from the SASD Purchasing Department: Ms. Georgine Mueller (920-459-3524). Grant applicants should contact Ms. Mueller “directly” at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the grant deadlines. Applications WILL NOT be accepted without a detailed price quote from the SASD Purchasing Department.
** IN ADDITION, IF YOU RECEIVE a grant, you will be REQUIRED to provide documentation/acknowledgement (photos, student responses, posters, etc.) exhibiting the use of the item(s) provided. We want to see, hear,read what is being done with the item(s) purchased and how the students have been positively impacted.
** Your documentation/acknowledgement must be completed WITHIN ONE YEAR of grant.
Failure to submit this documentation/acknowledgement will disqualify grant applicant from future SPEF grant proposals.
** Any technology/equipment becomes property of the individual school and IS NOT the property of the individual who requested the grant. Consideration MAYBE given to portable equipment/technology in the event of staff transfers…SPEF must be contacted for permission if that occurs.
